This directory contains the name and address of more than 1,050 pharmaceutical manufacturers in 50 nations around the world. They are arranged alphabetically by country and company name. The names and titles of one or more key personnel at the location are also incorporated in the entry when available.

Most entries also include a telephone and facsimile (Fax) number for the company's location. The user is advised that these numbers do not include the country code number. The country code numbers can be found in your local telephone directory. The city code is not always provided. The most notable exceptions are the developing nations such as China where city code numbers are nonexistent or not readily available.

Completing the directory, is a list of 124 contract manufacturers of ethical and/or non-prescription pharmaceuticals. These are also arranged alphabetically by country and company name.

The pharmaceutical industry is very dynamic and the reader may find that some manufacturers listed have merged or been "acquired" by other companies since this information was compiled. The data contained in this book is believed to be accurate as of the Spring of 1995.
